Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full (for the whole number of selected sessions) within 72 hours prior to start of the first session. If payment is not received, the session will be cancelled.

Installments can be arranged if requested and agreed in advance of the coaching commencing.

An invoice will be issued and payment is to be made through either bank transfer or PayPal.

Running Late / Rescheduling

If you are late for an appointment please understand that respecting following clients, we may still need to finish at the agreed time. However if you have not made yourself available within 15 minutes of our agreed start time I will presume you have cancelled.

We understand exceptional circumstances can sometimes arise – rescheduling will be at our discretion within 48 hours of the appointment. You must email sarah@sarah-robinson.co.uk as soon as possible to reschedule.

I will endeavour to be flexible and accommodate your availability, but there is no guarantee I will be able to reschedule within your requested timeline.

If we need to reschedule an appointment eg due to illness, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will give you at least 48 hours’ notice and will suggest alternative dates within the coaching schedule.

Cancellation / Refunds 

It’s important to find a good fit when choosing a Career Coach. Making sure we’re a good match is important to me and will greatly benefit us both – which is why I offer a risk-free consultation call.

One-time coaching sessions are non-refundable.

No shows, reschedule requests or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged full price for the missed session.

Digital products, including ‘Be Better Prepared for Success’ e-book, ‘Retirement with Purpose Toolkit’, or any Strengths Profiling or Motivational Map Assessments are non-refundable.

Coaching Programmes or Packages

If you book 4 or more sessions as part of a programme and we are finished before the agreed number, then I will subtract the cost of the used sessions and refund the difference.

Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member on the condition that I can talk to this person first and mutually agree that coaching will be beneficial to him/her.

Limitation of liability

We will not

  • act as a recruitment consultant, nor
  • guarantee the outcome of any actions taken during or after the coaching – you are responsible for your own results.

My Interview Coaching Service is not a guarantee that you will secure a job offer. However, by improving your confidence in your preparation and opportunities to practice, gain feedback and reflect, you will be increasing your chances of success in the recruitment process.

The sample questions provided are for guidance only to help your preparation and are not guaranteed to be asked at interview. They are based on my extensive experience working as an interviewer and the variety of interview approaches and formats you may expect.

 

Cancellation by us – If we need to cancel for any reason efforts will be made to alert you, the client, as soon as possible, and rescheduling/refund will be offered.

Gift Cards / Vouchers

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. 
Gift cards are non-refundable and re-sale is prohibited, other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

No change or credit will be given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the coaching.

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be exchanged or refunded.

How We Will Share Information

Copyright and all relevant intellectual property rights in all materials, recordings, and information prepared by us or used during the delivering of the coaching belongs to us. You can print the materials that we send to you.  Please note: You may not record any sessions without our prior consent.

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (physical or verbal) that you share with us as part of this relationship, is confidential. We will both keep information relating to the coaching confidential except where required by law, or where publicly known or when either of us has the specific approval of the other. 

We will both process, store and handle data about the coaching lawfully, fairly and transparently, for the purposes of the coaching. Once our coaching relationship has ended, we will securely store that information for 2 years and will then safely delete it. We Want You To Be Delighted

We want you to be delighted with the coaching and the expertise that we deliver. If you are entirely satisfied, we would love it if you would provide written, audio or video testimonials and give us permission to use your name on our website and in our marketing materials.

If you are not entirely satisfied with our coaching or if we were unable to provide the coaching due to unforeseen technical difficulties for which we are responsible, we will work with you to resolve the issues, or re-deliver the coaching on alternative date(s).
