It’s also provided some great conversation starters with my partner about what we both want to experience in our later years.

Managing Director

I knew I didn’t want to stop working but I really wanted to do something different from my high-pressured IT career.  Some of the Toolkit’s coaching questions and activities made me stop and think differently about work, but also my health and relationships with my family. I’m certainly more curious and hopeful about what my next steps will be.
