As part of my Retirement Transition Coaching, I notice how there can be a lot of fear and embarrassment talking about money for some people. This can really hold them back in planning, making decisions about their future and understanding what it is they want to experience as they transition into their later life.
Most people understand that they have to budget, save and prepare for the future, but they aren’t always sure how to put it all together to achieve a state of overall financial well-being.

I had the pleasure to speak with Rowena Birch, Principal at Golden Birches Financial Planning, about:

  • What do people fear about financial planning?
  • How can this impact on their approach to experiencing what they really want in their life?
  • How can you feel less stressed about money and more in control?
  • Some simple tips improve your financial wellbeing

Our goal for this short, 15-minute podcast is to gently reassure and encourage you to get started with improving your financial wellbeing, and take away some of the anxieties of reaching out for support.

Rest assured it’s not full of technical jargon or lots of financial facts and figures of what you ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ do next with your financial planning for your retirement.
